Community Patrol's Responsibilities

The Canyon Lake POA provides community patrol services for the community of Canyon Lake, their responsibilities include:

  • Visitor Management & Gate Access Control
  • Guest Call-in Service
  • Rules & Regulations Compliance
  • Video Surveillance of Canyon Lake POA Amenities & Facilities
  • Incident Observation & Reporting to Canyon Lake POA

When To Call Community Patrol

Community Patrol can assist with the following non-emergency incidents:

  • Barking or Loose Dogs
  • Underage Driving of Golf Carts
  • Illegal Fishing
  • Loud Noise Complaints
  • Motorcycle Riding In Community
  • Parking Violations
  • Speeding Traffic Vehicles
  • Suspicious Vehicle/Person(s)
  • Traffic Sign Violations
  • Vandalism to Canyon Lake POA property

Call 9-1-1 For Emergencies

For emergency situations, please call to 9-1-1 for help. In any emergency police, fire or medical situation call 9-1-1 to report a crime, fire, heart attack, serious injury or emergency.
