Phase 6 started last week and work is on schedule to be complete by May 6. Registrations Due

Our next fiscal year begins on May 1. Annual registration renewals for golf carts and boats are due by May 1 and notices were sent to all homeowners. Phase 5 Update

The asphalt reconstruction project started phase 5 last week. Grinding took place on Yellow Gold, and the east side of Canyon Club (there is continuous access to the Lodge). Access to the Canyon Lake Villas from Canyon Club Drive will be limited, residents of the condos are advised to use the Lighthouse Drive entrance for access through April 22. Ballots for the 2022 Board Election have been mailed to all homeowners. As of today (April 13) 168 ballots have been received.
