Get ready for spooky season! Join The Mermaids of Canyon Lake's Halloween House Adventure on Saturday, October 7. Beginning at 4 p.m. at Eastport Park enjoy a Halloween vendor market featuring eerie items and a second-hand clothing boutique. Tours will start at 5 p.m. from Eastport to explore four hauntingly decorated houses, filled with both frights and delights. Choose from General Admission at $25 (early bird) or $30 (standard), which includes entry into the costume contest. Opt for VIP admission at $50 (early bird) or $55 (standard) for a unique experience: ride with your group of five in a hearse chauffeured by a funeral director, enjoy champagne, access special VIP areas with drinks and goodies, and also enter the costume contest. Join us for our 17th Annual Canyon Lake Car Show. For more than 15 years, the Canyon Lake Car Club and Canyon Lake POA have collaborated to bring this impressive event to Canyon Lake. Proceeds from this event are donated to various groups and causes in and around Canyon Lake. Funds from previous year's events have been donated to the Canyon Lake Little League, Canyon Lake Veterans Memorial, Canyon Lake Emergency Preparedness Committee, charity golf tournaments, college scholarships, park benches at the Lodge, Progeria Research Foundation, and Oak Grove Center in Murrieta, amongst others.

Join us for the 30th Annual Parade of Frights in the Canyon Lake Towne Center! Happening from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 28, this fright-free event includes costume contests, a costume parade, carnival games, trick-or-treating, and a DJ. The costume parade will begin at 11:30 a.m., with the contests to follow.

The Canyon Lake Women's Club calls all witches of any age—come one, come all! Come to this witchy event on October 28 at 11 a.m. at the Senior Center, where cauldrons are filled with potions and lunch, vendors abound with their special wares, and Tarot Seers and Palm Readers read futures. Tis the season! Celebrating its 13th year, the Street Carts Toy Drive & Christmas Parade is a unique holiday event where the holiday-decked-out golf carts of Canyon Lake take to the streets! This year's event is on Sunday, December 3, and the parade lineup will begin at 4 p.m. on Blue Bird Drive and the parade will start at approximately 5 p.m. from Blue Bird Drive, head down Canyon Lake Drive, and end at Eastport Park.

Celebrating its 41st year, the Canyon Lake Yacht Club's annual Parade of Lights is on Saturday, December 9. This time-honored tradition in Canyon Lake features a parade of festively decorated boats that tour the lake spreading holiday cheer. Boats will line up at the Eastport Park boat launch area at 5 p.m. The parade will start at approximately 5:30 p.m. with the Yacht Club’s iconic Green Dragon leading the way. Boats will show off their holiday spirit with festive lights and colorful displays as they parade through the East Bay and around the main part of the lake.
